    Making aggressive moves doesn’t seem to be in Montys DNA. Is it worth a 2nd or 3rd round pick in next years draft? Maybe. Getting a potential top 10 pick for a 2nd or 3rd would be a savvy move if it worked out. I just don’t see Monty doing it.
