NFC West: Blue Chip Ratings and Forecast

Cant disagree too much with your rankings except that Danario Alexander i would classify as unproven...both knees are brittle and he needs to stay on the field for a full season. However Danny Amendola is starter material(although he'll play in the slot alot which is probably why you didn't...

The 2012-2013 Los Angeles Lakers thread

I've been hearing this alot lately. I understand this thinking, and i agree that the elite PG's cant be stopped but they can be slowed IMO. Slowed and sometimes taken out of their game mentally by a strong defensive guard. It affects the entire offense. Every guard Nash has ever faced in the...

The 2012-2013 Los Angeles Lakers thread

Derek Fisher vs Nash defensively? Not really even very remotely close....especially in a playoff series. Just wait.

    2012 Free Agency news

Ibaka is only 23. Camby would've been ideal in '07 next to Amare and Marion. I'd prefer not to rent old guys at this point.

Getting ahead of myself but...Ibaka would look good in a Suns uni next summer if we could draft a versatile PF. Tony Mitchell?

    Suns withdraw Brooks qualifying offer

Yes. I've been trying to explain this for years concerning all PG's who've been asked to come in here and backup Nashball. They've all struggled. Dragic is a guy who would benefit greatly from having a strong offensive presence in the paint. Something we dont really have....yet.

    Suns withdraw Brooks qualifying offer

+1 Goran got into a nice rhythm defensively and as a facilitator on that Suns WCF 2nd unit. Then that 2nd unit was sort of defused the following season chemistry-wise. Some suggest that Dragic was tanking etc...i dont believe that, but he was definately bad. Maybe he felt that he was ready to...

As long as Kobe can put up the extra 25ppg that Nash gives up on D ya'll should be ok.

    Suns withdraw Brooks qualifying offer

Indeed it was. Brooks is a chucker who couldn't guard a chair. It would've been smarter and easier to just trade Nash when he had high value, kept Dragic and promoted him, and saved the number one pick. Oh well,it doesn't matter now. I've actually got to hand it to the Suns for re-aquiring...

How good/bad are we going to be next year

I'd like to take a minute to dedicate the next .14 seconds to all those Suns fans who felt that hanging onto Nash & Hill and surrounding them with scrubs for the last few years was a good idea, fun to watch and the right thing to do.... a5R_pS0h5Qk :D

    Eric Gordon or OJ Mayo?

On topic: I'd like to see Gordon signed. We're going to need at least one dynamic scorer going forward and i think that a Dragic/Gordon backcourt would mesh nicely and give you a nice blend of offense and defense, playmaking and athleticism. Our starting guards would be set. Having said...
