    CP3 not retiring

Then you cut him. It's minimum contract. As for the pace, who cares for those ten minutes he would play?

    The Grayson Allen thread

I agree, and I am NOT suggesting otherwise.

    The Grayson Allen thread

Tyus Jones, TJ McConell, even Delon Wright are some of the names on my list.

    The Grayson Allen thread

I don't think they have to get a point guard to replace Allen in the starting lineup. I think they would be OK with a solid backup point guard.

    The Grayson Allen thread

Now let's extend Royce, and find a way to get an actual backup point guard added.

Suns @ Timberwolves Sunday game thread 4-14-2023

THIS is how this team should be playing all the time! Give me three more quarters of this stuff, so I can start feeling good about the post-season!

Suns @ Nuggets Wednesday game thread 3-27-2024

This team is frustrating. I just don't understand why they can't play like this consistently. Defensive effort was great- they were moving and rotating. While Book and Beal had a bad shooting night, the offense looked good. Yeah, they still had some bone-headed turnovers, but it wasn't too bad...

    Suns @ Cavaliers, Monday 3-11-24

I really don't care who they play. They will either figure things out, or they won't. If they do, they will beat anyone, and if they don't, they will get beat by anyone. Either way, it doesn't matter who they play.

    Raptors @ Suns, Thursday 3-7-24

The problem is that you don't have to guard him. You can leave him wide open when he doesn't have the ball, and you can back off when he does have the ball. He is very good defensively, can bring the ball up the floor, but he is just so easy to neutralize.

    Thanks for your support, Mainstreet

I am so sorry for your loss, Main. I can't even imagine the loss you are feeling. We are thinking and praying for you. Let us know if we can do anything.

Suns updates and discussion for the 2023-24 season

Royce is also incredibly smart, and he does just about everything well enough. He is not the best defender, he is not the best shooter, he is not the best facilitator, but he is incredibly competent in every single category. He can bring the ball up the floor, he can make simple passes, he stays...

    Suns at Nuggets, Tuesday 3-5-24

I agree. Beal seems to still be finding his way. It is always the "third" guy in the "big three" that has the most difficult job, and on top of that, he's been hurt most of the season. That said, he still looks like a very solid player.

Kings @ Suns Tuesday game thread 2-13-2024

Royce is better than I remember him being. Outstanding defense, makes all the right decisions. Hoping that Thad Young is as good as ONeale. I just hope that Beal is OK, and not out for too long.

    Thaddeus Young to Phx

I like this signing. Solid defender, some size, smart player. The only issue is that can't shoot. I am imaging he'll be used in small ball lineups.

Suns @ Warriors Saturday game thread 2-10-2024

Gordon is fine for what this teams needs him to be. He just has to take open shots- it's literally his only job on offense.
