But he’s a lock for the NFL whether it’s this year or next. Even if he suffers a major injury next year, there are teams that will take him in Round 1 knowing at some point he will be playing for them and he’s worth the redshirt year.- overseascardfan

Its a huge risk paying that kind of money coming off elbow surgery and about to hit 30 years old. The heavy toll pitching and hitting will take on his body will only increase as he gets older. At least he will take a break from pitching this year recovering from surgery.- overseascardfan
