    Where can I get info on the long toss program? I don't mind going out there and working with him but it sounds like I should have a coach do it? He has not thrown in 4 weeks. He said he feels great. I was thinking about letting him hit Friday and Monday. Then we get x-rays on Tuesday.

    Strange. Second worst bullpen ERA in the league and we option a guy performing well in that role. I guess they want him to be a starter eventually and it's hard to do that out of the pen.
