They say he “looks ready to take his game to the next level”.

Yea, a wet sponge for a linebacker really isn't anything to get excited about.

I feel like it is enough THIS year. We get our qb with a fifth year option without coughing up another draft pick and still have #34 to add a piece on defense.

Only risk is someone may jump you for Simpson.

Teams starting to work phones for trades up/down...

Belief in league circles is that Arizona (3), Tennessee (4) both open to moving back

Many watching Dallas (12/20) closely, due to obvious defensive needs. Cowboys not overly active on phones yet. Open-minded about potential move but also comfortable staying put.

Next week will bring more clarity

If we go this route, the Cardinals would have to draft Bailey. If at #9, Mauigua is still available, then you make the trade. I’m not rolling the dice unless it’s a sure thing. Otherwise, I stick with Bailey.
