Is Dillon facing any punishment for his DWI charge? Could be why he is activated first.
The last article I read said they had not decided on what formal charges to bring against him. According to AI he doesn't have to be activated to be suspended. Take that for what it is.

He passed his breathalyzer test but that was only for alcohol. They were saying half of the "suspected marijuana" arrests come back as not being able to prove impairment by marihuana. Sounds like there is a chance he won't get charged with anything but wreckless driving?!

It's clear as mud.

It's not great news on Mark Williams and Dillon Brooks with only 9 games left, not being able to do 5 on 5.

More sympathetic to fly public flights. Think about others than yourself you ding dong.
Yeah, the guy had one of the most public humiliations in sports history. Let him be. Just cruel on Cuban's part. Does make you wonder who let him go through with it.

Like 99% of the NBA fanbase? I don't see this as a dunk on Nico so much as highlighting how out touch Cuban is. Not sure what he hoped to accomplish.

It's hard trying to wash away mistakes.

i think mark williams is all but gone - i think the suns are going to have 2 centers on rookie contracts for the next 2 years and pick up a 3rd on the league minimum

draft picks aren't just to aquire new talent - you need those cheap contracts in today's nba especially if you want to pay/keep your essential role players - especially especially if you're trying to stay away from the apron bs

when you build through the draft you get your talent at wholesale - when your signing free agent talent you're paying retail - ish didn't mind paying retail but he came into the league right when they locked down excessive spending - sucks to be us

mark williams was basically unable to play a full season due to the same left foot that prevented him from playing back to backs - not having him on those back to backs hurt the team straight up - and now he won't be in playoff shape should he make it back in time

but williams' inability to stay on the court allowed us to watch oso and maluach grow - i think oso starts next year and tries to hold on to that starting spot as long as he can because khaman is coming

i think maluach becomes one of the better rim defenders in the league and oso becomes a premier back up center for the suns - ott loves oso and will lean on him when maluach struggles

but we do need more draft picks imo - in 2 years dunn and oso will want to be paid - year after that it's maluach and fleming - me thinks we will need more production from new players on new ROOKIE CONTRACTS to make that happen

Yep. I agree with all of this.

Only way we resign Williams is if we can package him with other players for a better player. Any way you cut it, I really don't think he will be on the Suns roster next year.
