WR/returner Devin Duvernay is signing with the Cardinals

This is a solid signing, but Duvernay isn't quite what he was when he was on the Ravens. Dortch had a slightly higher punt return average last year. Duvernay had a slightly higher kick return average. Neither had a return TD.

Duvernay's last kick return TD was in 2022. He's never had a punt return TD. Hopefully our new ST coach can get him back to where he was in Baltimore, although he will be 29 this season.

I believe he returned a kickoff for a td last year with the Bears.

I think having a dedicated return player is nice. Duvernay has done it. I don't think these are the types of signings that ultimately matter with a roster like AZs. Like filling up your gas tank when you need an oil change.
