The last two games, Book has dunked where he normally would lay those up. Something I haven't seen from him in a long time, and something I've been wishing would happen more often.

I think Booker dunks it when he thinks his shot will be challenged at the rim and he can't easily get it off the glass. This usually happens when he is heading straight to the basket with a shot blocker nearby.

i like that book's done this with 2 different teams now - where he's the catalyst - but now he's the catalyst and the distributor

everyone on the suns watches their man run to go and help cover devin booker

everyone one the suns appreciates those open 3s and easy dunks

most of all everyone loves passing as much as devin booker does - as we saw last night it's infectious - 6 assists in the first quarter lol our starting unit moves the freakin ball

book's still an assassin - can still go for 30 on any night - but it's the little things too like getting teams in foul trouble before it gets late in games and he's not to good to rebound

dtv brought the toughness - that's unquestionable - the testosterone he's given this team is insane - everybody has their chest out - they all want the smoke

ott is the evil genius - im sorry but just look at him and what he does to other teams - dude is diabolical - he's ott smarting other coaches before they even take the floor

but it's book that make this bus's wheels go round - he's no longer riding shotgun in a two seater with kd - nah - more like mathew mcconaughey driving a bus through fire with a bunch of kids in the back

he's carried the load for the first half of the season and will now get ground and air support in jalen green - couldn't come at a better time - 40ish more games to incorporate another assassin - lfg

For me the key is still our center play.
This year there is a legit lob threat on the court at all times.
This year passes to our bigs are points instead of slow flat footed fumbling stumbling bigs passing out of a good situation.
And this year they can defend on the perimeter too instead of always playing the drop. Its just allowed our perimeter guys to be much more aggressive on playing those passing lanes.

williams and oso have played really well - very different types but they both have speed height and mobile defense in common

I’ve liked the old school feel to the Book’s. They don’t look like space boots like some others out there.

Well deserved All-Star bid for DBook.

Resume now has him as a 5x All-Star, 2x All-NBA, All Rookie 1st Team, All Bubble 1st Team, 3pt Contest Champ, 3x Player of the Month, and 10x Player of the Week. Those are just official awards from the NBA.

Two time Olympic gold medalist. Not an NBA award. Just adding onto it.
