have you watched dtv and gillespie play with book? have they always been this good? aren't you supposed to make your team better? do you want ja morant or do you want 6 players in double figures? we're winning games nobody had us penciled to win but we're still somehow blaming devin
I watched them play without Booker, and they were even better.

I am blaming Booker for not living up to his own standard he set for himself - that is all.

Seeing book at the bottom of that is disappointing. Same with Dunn being down there.

But the rest of those numbers are looking goooood.
Can't say I agree. Dillion and Goodwin should both be 37-38 percent at least.

you're seriously suggesting the suns are better without booker - not even by trading him and adding a new piece - just straight up better without him - that is quite the take

I am thinking what everyone but me probably already understands: that the leader of this team isn't Devin Booker, it's Dillon Brooks. As far as leadership, he is probably Booker's new Chris Paul, providing the emotional prodding to teammates that Booker is unable by personality to give.

Dillon Brooks is so important to the Suns' team culture that if he gets injured more than briefly, the team's on-court performance might suffer greatly because he couldn't give more than locker-room leadership. With every other injured player, their absence didn't send the Suns' performance off a cliff. But if Brooks missed many games? Possibly. I wonder whether Collin Gillespie's toughness would compensate.
I don't know. I'm not sure any one player is critical. It seems the overall culture is what is causing us to play the way we are.

What caused that culture, and is it dependent on any one player, I don't know - but I am pretty sure it isn't going away if Dillion misses 5-10 games.

No, I am saying Collin and Dillion were better when they played without him, not that the team is better without him.

We only have about 4 guys that are creators on offense - Collin, DB, Booker and Jalen Green. We are not better with less of them.

I'd add Allen and subtract Brooks. Dillon can really only create for himself, whereas Allen has been better setting up others.

Dillon Brooks would have a significant influence sitting on the bench and in the locker room.

Oh my, the comments from the Laker fans on this are hilarious

We wouldn't trade Reeves anyway!

This shows how you are the worst owner only a fool would turn that down, etc etc.

Laker fans don't even understand the concept of a winning culture or defense. Apparently they are easily fooled by empty stats. You would have to be if you can force yourself to suffer through watching Lebron I guess.

I REALLY want to play the Lakers in the playoffs and knock them out.

Watching Suns games and league wide highlights make you think otherwise. In my mind Edwards and Reaves are at the top, along with Amen. Who thinks of Huerter, not me.

This is surprising to me. Booker's good with both hands with better than average footwork but his handles and athleticism usually limit him a bit at the rim. In fact, the same could be same of the top 3. Give me 100 guesses and I don't think I'd get Huerter as being in the top 20, nevermine top 3.

Guaranteeing Jordan Goodwin's contract seems like a no-brainer.
