Gannon is 15-29 as head coach. Can’t let a guy with that record leave. How would you replace him with someone better?
I’m not sure I’d want us to start winning and lose material like this. I mean I hate losing but it’s fun as hell to clown on this organization collectively. Bunch of morons running this thing off Hardy Drive.

Imagine just giving your money to Micheal every year. Mega cuck move
Yup. Those monochromatic hats are sick af but I’m not going to give this team a dime. I already give them my time which is the one thing I can’t get more of.

CBS worked real hard to not show how empty that stadium might have been.

Two miserable fumbles vs the Niners. His sacks per game are similar to KM’s so all that escapability means little. KM can’t make the passes a backup QB can it it kills you apologists.

What if I said that Murray, as a passer and a runner, is efficient enough so that if you give him a +4 turnover margin like we had today, he would have won this game?

It might not have been as aesthetically pleasing as JB's 300+ passing yards, but he and DP would have run the offense so that we had enough points in regulation to get the W.

I don't say that with perfect confidence. But I feel pretty good about it.

(I'll post this in the Murray thread too so feel free to respond to it there).

I am not near as confident as you. KM wouldn’t have been making the passes to Wilson and McBride that JB was making today. Penalties would still occur and we couldn’t run the ball. We could have a couple more wins if KM could have just got us some first downs earlier in the year. So no I am not confident KM and DP would have combined to win today.

What these last few weeks have shown is to thrive in Petzing's system you need:

Murray's escapability, his ability to run, his quick release, and his accuracy but also you need Brisset's height, his ability to read the defense, and his courage to throw down field.

Can we trick them both into getting inside this?

Go get them if you want them. Make sure you look at the passing yards. How many turnovers today apologist?

Okay so Jacoby Brissett has 11 sacks and 4 tumovers over 3 games. So everything over 17 games is a x5.7 multplier.

That means for a season 62.7 sacks and 22.8 turnovers

In Kyler's rookie season, he was sacked 48 times. After that it was one year of 30 and the rest mid 20s

Murray's worst turnover year was 22. Yeah Murray is mid to ass. Brissett is ass

I love you came in so confident on this

We are doomed to losing for the next few years at best.
No qb
A decimated o-line
Terrible rb’s
Questionable coaching
Cheap owner.

Let’s compare this entire season and not cherry pick games and extrapolate. Pure number JB passing yards in seven games
1,570. KM in five 962. JB YPG 224.3. KM 192.4. JB TD passes 10 KM 6. Both have 3 INT. JB sacked 18 times. KM 16. QBR JB 98.1. KM 88.6. Yards per play JB 7.4 KM 6.0.

So the backup has clearly performed better than the starter. Of that I am confident. Nice try though.

Keep in mind Brissett had to throw the ball damn near 100 in the last 2 weeks. Last week, yes because of the score.
But this week we are forced to throw 39 times in a 1 score game. Why, because a non -existent running game which takes away any play action.
I’m not saying Brissett is the answer by any means. But geez you have to look at this objectively at least a little.

I think it shouldn't be too hard to get a couple of decent to solid running backs.

The owner isn't gonna fire himself alas. :(

I'm not sure which of the other 3 issues would be the easiest to fix though.

Just a slight correction but Brissett threw the ball 49 times today.
