At this moment? Gimme Brissett starting and mentoring a young gun who can take over mid to late season.
Oh yes another season waiting. I am all in.

Also, finding QBs for this orgainzation is like fat girls finding a slim waistline.

Hes won in one of the worst orgs in sports even with the morons that surrounded him.
Sorry dude… your mind is melting from all this misguided Kyler defense. You don’t even realize your describing Warner and Palmer in this post, as Kyler has most certainly not “won” in one of the worst orgs in sports.

If you can't admit the Jacoby has out performed Kyler then there really is no need to continue the conversation. It's just your agenda at this point. There are several things he can do that Kyler can't. Even J1 super fan #1 has said as much.
He has outplayed him in the pocket, no doubt. JB is a more prototypical pocket passer, but the OL will eventually get him killed and hes been terrible under pressure in 2 games. Kyler does other things that JB can't do.

If you want wins this year, stats show you go with Kyler, if you want 300 yards in the air and a 1 or 2 wins, then go with JB. I'm a fan of the latter for the draft since this team isn't a SB team or playoff team. JB has won a single football game in the last 3 years and 5 games in the last 4 year. He is 5-15 in that time.

He exposed what Kyler cannot do: see a defense, step up in the pocket, and see where to throw the ball down the field. Same results - losing close games, but we resembled a team trying to get it done much better with JB than KM. We didn't see JB run away from the pocket and toss the ball away behind him after he ran into the pressure.

All in all, we're not making the playoffs with either. We need a QB reset next year and I am ok with JB as the vet mentor.

The argument seems to be who should start now. Does it really matter at this point? I'm going to watch horrible football either way.

Yet, against the two toughest teams the Cards have played this season, JB took our average points scored from just over 17 to just under 21.

The stats suggest with Kyler at the helm, these two recent games would not have resulted in worse losses..

Hogwash, the Packers defense is bottom 10 on the road. They lost to the Browns on the road, gave 40 to the Cowboys and the Cardinals were their first road win.

1-1-1 on the road
3-0 at home.

Kyler would’ve lost to both the Colts and the Packers by wider margins… I’m certain of that. I’m also certain he would’ve been pounded into the turf by the Packers D, especially Micah, leading to abundant images of Kyler sitting alone on the bench with his ever-present pout seared across his face. #nextlevelleadership

Dreaming is free. I won't pretend to know what would have happened. Like I won't pretend to say we still win if Demercado isnt showboating. Thats called make believe.

And I won’t pretend Kyler’s second half performance in that game ( 5 of 13 for less than 60 yards and a lost fumble), reflects winning football…

How many times does our bend but don't break defense have to take the field late in games because Kyler running the offense equals a 3-and-out? You cannot close out a game well by constantly handing the ball back to the opponent.
You also can’t close it out with the ball in your hand with JB.

Again what are you people arguing for?

Can’t speak for anyone else… My position was clear back when we drafted Kyler and when the team thought it was best to re-sign the dude… My position is it was wrong to draft him and wrong to extend his stay, doubling-down with a massive contract.
My position is 2025 needs to be his last season with the Cards.

And you’ll be surprised to learn that I believe Kyler, when he joins some other team, will not resemble a Daniel Jones type resurrection. I mean, I honestly don’t see Kyler as a starting NFL QB anywhere.
