Immediate Changes Needed within the Next 24 Hours

Emotional knee jerk reactions are not the proper response.

Taking the night to consider options. Then having a serious discussion tomorrow that ends with a plan, and consequences for failure...that's a much better path forward.
I dislike this line coach. But firing him tonight without a qualified replacement ready to step in does way more harm than good.

Much of our issues are due to player focus and lack of mental discipline...that wasn't much of an issue the past couple seasons...so give these position coaches an opportunity to climb up the players asses and get them back on track...see what that does.
Because they can't effectively make many changes if the players are not honed in on ball..
Let them get their guys focused, then implement their planned changes...and while that's happening we can examine potential replacements...in case the changes don't work

Obviously Demercado is an idiot, but I didn’t think it was conclusive enough to reverse.

I thought that once any part of the ball goes over the goal line or pylon, the play is over, and it is a touchdown. Don't know how many times I have seen a WR running after the catch reach out for the pylon and losing the ball, but it just has to cross that plane for just the smallest amount of time. It is not about ruling for a catch if he already established possession leading up, if he has any control when it breaks the plane he cannot fumble, because the play is over with a score. This reminded me of Pat Tilley back in the day letting go of the ball on the goal line against the Cowboys, but the Cardinals were fortunate that day and it was still ruled a score

I hear what you’re saying but we’ve heard much of that for at least 2 seasons now!!!

The talent we’re told is better & yet this team has gotten worse offensively & imo the coaching has gotten worse as well. When you bring in new coaches the message is usually positive & upbeat, the players are energized but that can only last so long if you’re not winning. JGs overall record is horrendous, his record in the NFC West is bad as well & our QBs record in the division is atrocious too.

Bottom line the offense has gone backwards, the team undisciplined with penalties after penalties, the coaching & decision making worse than years 1,2 & 3. Coaching MATTERS, schemes MATTER!!! Winning brings confidence & losing brings out lack of leadership, lack of talent or both.

Our conservative coach staff on BOTH sides of the ball are very close sinking with the Titanic if no changes are mad ASAP but it could also be already too late to save the sinking ship.

Any part of the ball only has to touch the very front of the goal line while he has possession. The problem with the first pic in that frame is that yes the ball is touching the goal line, but he also doesn't have control. So it's inconclusive. We need to see one or two frames before that.
