Except Murray threw the ball from the 12 yard line and it's on an angle so it's at least 4 or 5 times that many yards in the actual air.

You literally just posted a picture that shows why he didn't lead him outside. Because the guy who ended up intercepting the carom is outside and in a position to come off Wilson and break up the pass if he leads him further.

again no objection to moving on from Kyler if we can get someone better but trying to make THAT pass an example of Kyler being terrible is just silly. Trey himself after the game said it would have been a TD but he was late getting around because the guy covering him grabbed him as he was turning to cut outside. I don't have the video to look at the timing of that grab to when Kyler threw the ball but that's what Trey said after the game, I was a beat slow getting my head around because of the contact

I'm 100% ok with moving on from Kyler for someone beter I just don't see the point with so many REAL things to complain about why complain about things like that? Earlier this year we ran that exact play, I think it was Green Bay don't actually remember, the CB came off his man and broke up the pass to Trey. That's why Kyler doesn't want to throw it too far outside. The fact that it hit him in the helmet tells you if he's completely turned around and ready it's going to be an easy catch for a TD.

There are so man legit things to complain about I don't see the point on this one. the Steve Smith thing is hilarious, I don't have the dimensions but it's a triangle and the shortest side is the only one we know and that's 12 yards, the distance from where Kyler threw it to the endzone line straight. The other 2 lines are unknown and the longest of those is the distance that ball is in the air. Saying 5 yards on a ball that's at least 20 and probably 23-25 yards in the air shows Smith is just exaggerating.

the one to Wilson is a perfect example of what I'm talking about. the difference beween winning and losing game is often plays like that where you don't make the play.

Minnesota holds on against Green Bay because on consecutive plays Jefferson and then Akers make plays on a contested catch(Jefferson) and a bad throw(Akers) they get the first down and win the game. If either one of those doesn't happen, they punt and Green Bay might win the game. We don't make those plays, winning teams do.

Even the blocked XP I've been saying since we got him that's the part with Ryland that scares me, almost every ball he kicks is close to being blocked. He MUST be slow kicking the ball I don't know what else it can be. The blocked XP was someone busting through but almost every one he kicks is close to being blocked.

But if that's not blocked the game goes differently. We are close but we're just not good enough yet to make the plays to win the games

Sure I get that, the counter is it didn't have to be low and outside. If Trey has his head around that's a TD where it was thrown, there's no way the DB is going to break that up. It wasn't because Trey was late, because in his own words, he was held coming off the break and it slowed him getting his head around.

So far the best QBs people have come up with are Darnold (first good year in 7 and Vikes are keeping him), and whatever recency bias QB that is on Never Murrays minds. That is the typical QB response from this fan base. They have no idea who should be QB based on a historical perspective.

Hell some of these dudes clamored for Colt and before that Max Hall, Skelton, Rosen, or god forbid Drew Stanton.

Kylers best moments came with Christian Kirk as his over the top outlet not Isabella and Rondale. Those two would be terrible even if Mahomes was their QB. That sort of CK receiver is still needed, Dortch is more of a gadget guy. And Rondale was far from a burner.
