The league announced on Friday that Los Angeles Rams offensive tackle Alaric Jackson has been suspended without pay for the first two games of the 2024 regular season for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.

Trey Lance is 1st QB since at least 2015 to throw 5+ INTs in a preseason game. Stetson Bennett had 4 earlier this year for Rams vs Cowboys and Landry Jones had 4 in 2016 for Steelers vs Eagles

He was on the Chargers coaching staff, and they asked if he could still play. He's been out of football for a year. Still don't know if he will make the roster. Yesterday was against 3rd stringers. Derwin James is saying he wants him on the team. There's a lot of guys vying for a few spots. He's one of those guys playing for a spot.

Sources: #Rams have granted linebacker Ernest Jones IV and his agents permission to seek a trade. Jones, a 2025 free agent, is L.A.’s defensive play caller with 145 tackles and 4.5 sacks last year. Sides discussed an extension, but with no progress, Rams open to trade.
