Preseason Finale: Trail Blazers @ Suns Wednesday game thread 10-13-2021

It's almost time for the Suns to wrap-up the preseason.

They finish it when they play the Trail Blazers at home on Wednesday.

It's an early start time scheduled for 2 p.m. Arizona time.

There is no television coverage.

We may not see Devin Booker in the preseason finale although it is not certain.

Looking ahead, the Suns open the regular season at home on October 20th against the Denver Nuggets so Devin will get plenty of practice time before the regular season begins.

The opener will be televised on Bally Sports and ESPN.

The email I got from NBA.com lists the game on NBA League Pass. Are we or Portland doing a local broadcast of it?

Established players getting heavy minutes is pointlessly flirting with catastrophe. The season is already too long, any "adjustment period" has a significant portion of 82 games to figure out the issues.

As part of my season ticket package I had one preseason game forced upon my dark soul. After lowering the price several times over the last week I sold my 3 seats for 10 dollars apiece, well below their "face value". I hope the desperate soul who bought those tickets enjoys the game.
