He does not like losing and the Jags lose. It will take a few years and some lucrative drafting.
Urban may raid the Buckeye staff for his own. Good luck with that.

Arians first head coach job at 62, so maybe age is not a issue
Certainly Arians had ton of experience at highest level as a coordinator
Personally I wouldn't hire someone as a head coach with just college background
But the jaguars hasn't nothing to lose

I don't see it working out, although I could be wrong but if I had to bet on it I would pick Myers failing as a NFL head coach.

I would rather have a college coach that won in multiple schools than our coach with a losing record in college.

Meyer might surprise us with turning the team around.

His problem is he never stays put after he builds the team program.
