I did not see any impressive passes and Kyler is much faster running with the ball. Yeah, we have problems with running QBs but if Ram fans are impressed with him, they are secretly astounded by Kyler Murray. Now if I was the DC, I simplify Simmons' role by just putting him as a spy on Wolford but VJ might need four games to prepare for that lol

He does look quick his pre draft numbers were like mid 4.7's in the 40 but good in the shuttle drills so he has quickness.

I am sure he's good or they wouldn't have kept him as the backup but I keep reminding myself he threw 14 TD's and 7 picks in the AAF, he's probably improved since then but if people in the AAF could pick him off 7 times in 8 games, including 3 against the Arizona team, he's not superman. He averaged 4.3 ypc in the AAF, not bad but again he's not Michael Vick.

I'm much more concerned about the scheme, if we don't defend it right stay home, watch for the bootlegs etc it really doesn't matter how little experience he has a guy with good feet and any kind of arm would have picked us apart the way we defended them the last time.

As I mentioned in different thread AAF had quite a bit of restrictions on blitzing. No more than 5 rushing passer, no corner blitzes etc. They built league around giving Qbs more time in pocket to pass.

I just dont get whats going on with Eno Benjamin. Even if he's not the best pass blocker maybe he could give us some juice in the running game.

Drake looks sluggish, Chase has been battling injuries, DJ Foster just seems out there.

I think it's obvious what will happen. now that the fantasy season is over and the stinker last week cost me bigtime(Kyler, Drake, Arnold and our Defense), Kyler will probably put up 3-4 TD's this week. Drake and ARnold will be great, and I'll still have finished in 2nd place.

I started Kyler salivating at the Niners too. He wasn’t terrible but he was pretty mediocre. I was just lucky the rest of us team played well so I could kick brother-not-ouchie’s ass for a nice pot o’gold.

To be fair Kyler and Drake had been good for me all year, especially Kyler. I had to start Arnold all my TE's were injured, and weeks earlier I cut Tonyan because he wasn't doing anything, he's been a stud since then.

The main reason I lost is James Robinson and Keenan Allen didn't play so I had to get replacements at the last minute, Ito Smith and Greg Ward. Ward had 2 TD's against us but did nothing, Smith was ok but no TD's.

I had the highest scoring team in the league all year, and my opponents scored the most points of any team all year, so I finished 3rd regular season and 2nd in the playoffs.

I picked up our defense at the last second convincing myself they'd fall behind pass and we'd get sacks. And my kicker was injured so I got Succup, the most accurate kicker in the NFL, who missed 2 Xps(-6 points) and a FG and finished with -1 I think.

With Larry's groin issue I think they need to activate Isabella. Cant risk a WR going down during the game and now having someone ready. It appears we no longer trust Sherfield out there.

FWIW, Andy was used on the motion for that TD pass to Arnold vs. the Rams.
