does anyone really doubt that no matter who the Rams QB is, that McVay is simply going to attempt the Rams version of what the 49ers did Saturday?

2. variety of misdirection runs -- reverses, jet sweeps, etc

I just want Kyler to step up in the pocket, go through his progressions, find an open receiver, and hit him. Don't focus on one receiver the whole time. Don't leave the pocket too early.

It's not his job to motivate millionaire, professional athletes to play well in a loser-goes-home game. If the team comes out flat, I think that's on the players, although it does beg the question, Why? If the game plan sucks, then yes, that's clearly on him. I just don't think we can prematurely pin the loss on KK. Sometimes it's the guys who actually play the game, no?
