How come there has been no other word that we've been negotiating with Rozier? Hell, we might have simply called his agent and left a voicemail, and the agent played that with Charlotte as, "we're negotiating with Phoenix."

It's so easy to jump on the front office, when we have literally gotten ZERO indication of much of anything. Now all of a sudden we're negotiating with Terry Rozier? Yeah, one tweet doesn't work for me as absolute proof.
