1. Cory Davis WR- Taking him just makes too much sense as Fitzgerald's replacement. He's already a polished receiver that can start right away.

2. Malik McDowell DE- I believe we're going to lose Campbell and this guy is the best option I can see in the second round.

3. Adoree Jackson CB/KR/PR- Love this guy as a returner and special teamer. Great ball skills and I think he will be a very good CB as well.

4. Jake Replogle DE- Great motor. Watching him on tape reminds me of a cross between KVB and Josh Mauro.

5. Donnell Pumphrey RB- Great skat back with receiving skills. This guy makes people miss and is always getting into the open field.

Sounds like you reached in rd 2 and we don't need two DE's in this draft.

Adoree Jackson makes me nervous as a CB but is a great returner.

Not thrilled with taking WR that high in the draft but I'm guessing it might just happen.

I think you have hit on the main positions---that is, if BASK don't get the QB they want.

I would be very surprised to see McDowell on the board at #45 and Jackson on the board at #77. I think Jackson will become a very good slot CB versus small WRs. Maybe not right away, but within a year or two. And as you say, the return skills are breathtaking.

I am with you all the way on Pumphrey. He's got that turbo burst and is very hard to get a clean shot on. Plus, he doesn't run scared...he lowers his shoulder when he has to...is always protecting his main asset, his legs.

I am totally with you on Replogle, but unfortunately he decided to give up football. I just watched his tape a couple days ago and couldn't figure out why he wasn't ranked on most sites... He would've been an excellent fit as a 5 Tech!

Didn't know that. That's to bad. I think he could have had a good career.

Talent wise McDowell to me is a 20-32 first round talent but I keep reading about different things negative about him. That's why I have him in the second round right now.

At first I had Jackson in the second round but he's not even ranked in the top ten CB's. Because this draft has so many good defensive backs that's why I dropped him to the third round.
