Bad pass; Palmer needed to just put some air on it and let Brown run under it. Brown had the guy easily beat. Palmer is just not the QB he used to be.

PTSD will do that to you. He feels he has to get rid of the ball in 2 or 3 seconds because if not, he'll have 4 defenders on him.
