It's weird that this board is so quiet when there's such a huge game this weekend. I hope the locker room is looser than this board.

Was thinking the same thing re: the board.

I think most of us know it's time to put up or shut up and until we show we CAN put up, shutting up is our only option.

I was super excited for the game after MNF. Even bought tix to fly home for the game. But with Palmer now missing the last two days of practice, gotta admit I'm dreading the possibility of Stanton leading us to another 30 point thrashing at the hands over the team I hate most.

I think this is the best front 7 we have had matched up against Seattle since 2013.

The ILBs aren't as good, but the OLBs are way better. They are the main factors in this game, IMO.

Not to mention, we don't need to blitz to get pressure anymore.

I know Russ has destroyed us in our home the past few years, & although I don't feel too well with our offense(atm) going against their defense, I feel very confident about our defense against their offense.

Our Dline has to own their Oline, punk them big time.

Good article K9 and the picture of Pat 2 in the dinosaur costume made me LOL, your timing and presentation is top notch.

Big picture: I like the Cards chances here. I do think that Jones and Golden can make Sea pay for crappy OTs

I think it might be Baldwin vs Badger in the slot-- it's where Sea likes to work him. Ty had some issues early against a guy I've never heard of for the Jets, so I'm sure Sea may like that match up

I'm concerned by the article that said the Cards are preparing for Wilson as a pocket passer. While it's true his ankle has reduced his running, he's run very effectively when he's had to do so to win. He'll run more in this game than he has in recent games. They see this game as a chance to put away the Cards as far as a division win.

Campbell was on the bigredrage last night saying it has been weeks since Wilsons injuries so they are preparing for them as if he is healthy and ready to run on them.

busy week, big game, not a lot to discuss. Worried about palmer missing two practices and two of our WRs being injured. If we can stick with a similar run first game plan, I still think we can win. Will seattle try to take the deep ball away? Or will they focus on DJ? That will be the question. If they want to take the deep ball away, we can simply stay underneath like we did vs the jets. If they focus on the run, light em up deep. We can win this and we should win this. It is up to the team what happens.

ditto. my biggest concern (as it should be for everyone else as well. no palmer = no win)

I agree. First, unless it's misinformation, why would our guys tell the press what we are preparing for?

Second the Seahawks will come in confidant and they will want to step on our necks. They are better at that then we've been. They'll pull out the stops to do so. Including having Russell run. Better keep contain!
