A poll, and please comment.
I attended first game in a couple years last night. Coming from south Scottsdale, man it sucked. Left around 5:20. Barely got to our seats before the puck dropped.
I attend one or two a year. It's strange I don't attend more, I enjoy hockey
My other problem is work; I typically get up at 4:00 am for work and now that I'm getting a little older, I hate feeling like crap from a lack of sleep lol.
The other reason is that I just haven't been able to get into the team the last few years, mostly since their move to Glendale. The arena feels strange to me during games and I don't identify with the players like I did during the early years (Roenick, Tkachuk , etc).

Occasional... BUT, if they were to move downtown, I can guarantee that my attendance would go way up!!
Honestly, getting out to Glendale is a drag. Particularly during the week!![]()

I love hockey games. Me and my brothers and sisters used to go to Roadrunner games all the time back at the madhouse. It was so much fun.
I still go to one or two Coyotes games a year but honestly, much like the SUNS, the price keeps me from going. It's outrageous IMO. It's on par with the Cardinals but the difference is the Cardinals only play 8 home games a year.
That is why I love the Dbacks so much and I go to 20-30 games a season. You can go to a Dbacks game for almost nothin... I think the cheapest ticket at a Yotes game is $45 and that is way in the nosebleeds. The cheapest ticket in the lower bowl is like $65?
Which is fine, not ragging on them, I'm sure thats on par with the rest of the NHL, but to a very casual hockey fan like myself, I'm just not going to pay that much. If they would offer some $20 seats in the upper deck would go to a lot more games.
Bert - weeknight games, check stub hub. I got two tickets front row upper deck center ice for 20 each - and if you wanted to sit back a little, or not center ice, you could get them for $12 each
