A month ago, we had reports of Dwash applying for reinstatement "soon" and then nothing. I know he met with Goddell, completed his classes, so what's the hold up? Or is there a date he can't return until?

@joshweinfuss The weekly update on Daryl Washington: If reports from early to mid-April that Washington’s team was planning on applying for reinstatement came to fruition, then the commissioner has 60 days from the time Washington’s application was submitted to rule on it. It’s likely that Washington has about three weeks left before the commissioner needs to make a decision -- if Washington’s reinstatement was submitted around early to mid-April.
