JF do you all keep the 'staches all year round? Or just start growing them when the team goes to Camp T and shave maybe after a bowl game?

I started growing mine about 3 weeks prior to the roadtrip. I shaved it Sunday night as soon as I got home.

Most of the other guys shaved either Sunday morning or as soon as they got home as well.

Man, there was some real dedication. Shane, the guy who won the mustache contest, grew his for months. Most of the wives really gave the husbands a hard time about the 'staches' the past few months but it was all in good fun.

The "Nation" has one official roadtrip per year and that is what we all gear up for.

Next year it is the ND / ASU game in Dallas.

Interesting. If I were ever to do something like that I'd have to start growing mine after a Bowl game to get it ready for the next year.

Plus I get this awful "reverse Hitler" thing with a gap under the nose but lots of hair coming out the side. Kinda looks like a horrible Mick Mars/catfish kinda thing.
