The Arizona Cardinals have made a trade offer for Seattle Seahawks WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh, reports The Cincinnati Enquirer's Joe Reedy, according to a league source. The Cardinals are one of four teams to make an offer for the wide receiver.

Looks like the Jets, Vikings, and Chargers are the other teams to make offers. I am guessing the Vikings and Chargers are the most desperate to land him.

I really hope that's a joke. I was so focused on using Leinart to get a tradable commodity in TJ, I never even considered the possibility there might be a real need for him.

because we don't have enough talent. when we get 2 udfa players at one position make the team...we need an upgrade.

surplus? hardly. green bay has a surplus. us? not so much. i mean max komar? doucet has been glass and breaston has never been a 2.

1) Whiz says Fitz is starting week one. Not an issue

2) If getting TJ makes sense to Whiz, then ergo - it makes sense.

.... because I believe that he has been a bit duplicitous on the QB situation. But, don't want to open up that debate. It's done, and we'll see the denouement come Saturday with final cuts.
