What kinds of Cardinal merchandise would you like to see that currently isn't available? Off the top of my head:

- Yamulka (literally off the top of my head)

- I-Pod Cover

- Super Hero Cape

- State Police Shield Holder (aka "Get Out of Jail Free" card)

- "My Son's an Honor Student and a Cardinal Fan" bumper sticker

- "My Son's a Raider Fan Who'll Beat Up Your Honor Student/Cardinal Fan" bumper sticker

- "Head On - Apply Directly to Your Forehead" Redbird Stick (for use immediately after Kevin Hester-type KO returns)

fyi - despite the odd pronounciation, it's "yarlmulka" and the prayer shawl is a "tallis." and i honestly think god might be offended if he saw a cardinal anywhere near his religious acoutrements, all evidence is in support of his indifference (at best) towards the cardinals.

We get the loudspeakers at the stadium to blare out Blue Oyster Cult's Don't Fear the Reaper and everyone in the stands "gives it a little more cowbell."

It could become our very own home-grown Cardinal ritual.

I went with the southern pronunciation. Besides - we reform Jews were never good spellers anyway.
