I am starting to love the Lakers. I hope the Suns play them every year in the playoffs!

Help me understand this... Do you hate the Suns, or are you just a Laker fan who can't find anything good to say about another team?? I mean, you live here in the Valley, right? Why not get behind one of the most exciting and fun teams in the NBA, who happen to play in your hometown??
I could see if the Suns were like the Heat, the Pistons, the Mavs or dare I say, the Lakers... All those teams make it hard to support them. But what is it about the Suns, other than they continue to spank your Lakers, that makes it so you can't cheer for them??

That trade machine is misleading. L.A. will get over $20 million in cap relief by not re-signing Mihm and McKie and getting Brian Grant's $15.5 million off the books. Luke Walton is their only FA they need to re-sign.

The Lakers can use their $5 million mid-level exception to sign PG Mo Williams or another FA like Morris Peterson or Jamaal Magloire. Under that scenario, they could upgrade the roster without trading Bynum and/or Kwame for a superstar like KG.

I'd love to see Kobe and KG in the same lineup, though.
