Hello everybody, and welcome back to another week of the WWE Men’s Power Rankings. With Summerslam just a month away, you can bet things are about to heat up this week. We could even see C.M. Punk make a comeback if he plans on being part of Summerslam. If not, then we’ll be looking at his return afterward. That being said, let’s get to this week’s list and see how stories have unfolded since last week. Have a great day, everyone, and may the slams be with you.

Bron Breakker lost to Seth Rollins in their Steel Cage match at Night of Champions. The match had many highlights, including Breakker getting busted open. Now that their beef seems squashed, let’s hope Breakker gets back on track in either a tag match with the Vision or maybe he’ll start chasing a title.
C.M. Punk lost his World Heavyweight Championship to Roman Reigns in the main event at Wrestlemania. After that, Punk had some words with Rhodes about a title shot before his departure. With it now officially Summerslam season, we could see Punk return at some point this summer. For now, Punk slips to ninth in my list due to inactivity.
Trick Williams and Lil Yachty came to the ring on Friday Night SmackDown to cut a promo. That was going well until Carmelo Hayes showed up and started talking about Ricky Saints being his shot, so he should get a rematch as well. Regardless, a number one contender’s match is set for this week, to see who will face Williams.

Jey Uso should lose to Cody Rhodes in their number one contenders match, to see who faces Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Championship. If that happens, it could lead to Jimmy and Jey Uso going after the Tag Team titles again. YEET!
Penta wasn’t scheduled for in-ring work last week, but he was seen backstage talking to Chad Gable. Nothing really the same from this, but you can see that maybe Gable might be looking for a shot at the title in the near future. Regardless, we’ll see what happens this week on RAW, if the WWE chooses to book this match in the future.
Oba Femi will now face Brock Lesnar in a Hell in a Cell match at Summerslam. A lot of people, including myself, thought this match was off the books earlier in the year. Now that we have a HITC match, this will be a perfect send-off for Lesnar, who is supposed to retire after this match.
Sami Zayn has been enjoying life as the Undisputed WWE Champion, which has led to wild moments. From thanking Johnny Gargano to other backstage moments, Zayn had been living the high life. Now that Zayn knows who his next opponent is, his time as the champ could be limited.

Seth “Freakin” Rollins moves up to third on this list after defeating Bron Breakker in a bloody cage match. Since then, Rollins has made his intentions apparent after one of the coldest staredowns with Roman Reigns last week. This week, I could see Rollins starting off Monday Night Rollins, with more fuel for the flame that’s burning inside.
Roman Reigns was making his way to the ring last week to cut a promo, but instead, Seth Rollins’ music hit before he could even get going. After an amazing back and forth that was filled with mending from the past, we got a stare down like no other. This match has been in the making for a long time, and I can’t wait to see this feud rekindled at Summerslam.
Cody Rhodes remains at the number one spot, even after losing his title to Sami Zayn in their triple-threat match at the Night of Champions. Last week, it was determined that Rhodes will face Jey Uso to become the number one contender, which will lead to a rematch at Summerslam next month. Till then, we get a whole month of Rhodes chasing the belt, which is always fun, even if he’s beating up Finn Balór, randomly.
