Hello everybody, and welcome back to another week of the WWE’s Men’s Power Rankings. With Wrestlemania 42 this weekend, the WWE is ready to deliver another epic card, which includes 13 matches. Since most of these wrestlers are ranked on my list, I’ll be talking about their Wrestlemania story rather than focusing on what happened on RAW or Smackdown last week. For now, let’s run through the list and get you caught up on some of the most recent storylines. Have a great day, everyone, and may the slams be with you.

10. Logan Paul:

“The Maverick” Logan Paul and Austin Theory will be teaming up with IShowSpeed to take on L.A. Knight and the Usos in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. With numbers on their side, I can see the Vision pulling off a win if someone like Bronson Reed or Bron Breakker shows up.

9. L.A. Knight:

L.A. Knight is teaming up with the Usos to take on the Vision, as I previously started. However, with Knight beefing with the Usos months ago, I feel like the loser in this match will be him. I could see them losing and then Jey laying out Knight, while Jimmy just stands there stunned by his brother’s actions. This could possibly set up a feud and a match at Summerslam, once Jey returns from the birth of his child. YEAH!

8. Sami Zayn:

Sami Zayn will be facing Mister Lemon Pepper Steppers himself, Trick Williams, for the US title this week at Wrestlemania. Therefore, I don’t see Zayn competing on SmackDown this week; however, there could be an altercation between the two at some point. Whether it’s in the backstage area or in the ring, expect Zayn to have his hands full this Sunday, on day two of Wrestlemania.

7. Oba Femi:

Oba Femi and Brock Lesnar are going to clash at Wrestlemania this week in a regular match-up. With most of these matches with Lesnar going around five minutes, you can expect this battle to be like when King Kong and Godzilla clash. They’re going to level everything around them with Femi coming out on top as my pick.

6. Penta:

Penta has one of his biggest challenges in front of him since becoming the Intercontinental champion. It’s never fun defending your belt in a Ladder Match against six other opponents, but if Penta is going to retain, that’s exactly what he’ll have to do.

5. “Main Event” Jey Uso:

Jey Uso celebrates winning Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, during the WWE Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Jey and Jimmy Uso are teaming up with L.A. Knight to face the Vision this weekend. With the birth of Naomi and Jey’s child due soon, you can expect a hiatus at some point, which I feel sets up Summerslam as Jey’s return to main events. Until then, the tag team belts will stay with the Vision if Jey does take some time off. YEET!

4. Roman Reigns:

Roman Reigns has had his hands full with C.M. Punk and his heel-ish ways that he’s been using during their buildup to Wrestlemania. With the cards stacked against him, I could see Reigns winning the title, which would then open the door for Punk to become unhinged, just the way we like him.

3. Randy Orton:

Randy Orton doesn’t need Pat McAfee on his side, but for some reason, here we are. This has led to many fans being turned off by how this build has gone for the WWE’s most prestigious championship. Regardless, it would be nice to see Orton win his 15th championship, which would tie him with HHH.

2. C.M. Punk:

C.M. Punk had another epic promo with Roman Reigns last week on RAW, and I can see that continuing tonight on RAW. This should give us the final clues to help us see where the WWE is going with this story. I feel that it ends at Wrestlemania; however, I would love to see Punk livid while chasing the title again.

1. Cody Rhodes:

Cody Rhodes cheers Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, during the WWE Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Cody Rhodes is the number one, pound-for-pound, wrestler in the world, and whether you love or hate it, I’m right. Rhodes is locked in with his match against Randy Orton. However, the side of coffee that comes with this meal is Pat McAfee. I feel that McAfee was inserted into this feud, forcibly by TKO, to help with their relationship with ESPN. I have Orton winning this match, but I wouldn’t mind if Rhodes won instead, thus eliminating McAfee from the WWE Universe.
