Hoffenheim striker Fisnik Akllani has been regularly linked with a move to Barcelona and the speculation refuses to go away ahead of the summer transfer window.
His agent has now fuelled rumors about a potential move, claiming there’s been contact from Barcelona and that the Catalans are interested.
Asllani has been spotted watching Barcelona take on Espanyol in La Liga this season and has previously admitted he would love to play for the club. If Barca are indeed keen, it seems it may not take much to convince him to move on.
“The club of my dreams has always been FC Barcelona. I’ve always wanted to play there,” he said last year.

A recent ’exclusive’ report from Fussbolldaten claimed Barca are in the mix for Asllani along with Premier League clubs and Bayern Munich.
The report adds that for Barcelona he “could be a prime example of clever and economical scouting – a player with a big impact and at the same time a moderate price.”

Asllani has a price tag of around €30 million – a decent price in the current climate – meaning he would be a much cheaper option that Julian Alvarez. Still just 23, he’s much younger than the Atletico star as well.
Would Asllani be a good option for Barcelona? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
