......the Cardinals now have their first African American QB (all due respect to Shedrick Bonner's 2 games on the bench) and honestly I can't think of many remaining teams that haven't had one.
Not like it really matters, I mean you always want the best man for the job regardless of color or age or whatever, but it's just interesting to note how much things have changed in a short time. In 1987, I remember as a kid watching all the super bowl coverage and hearing over and over how weird and unique it was that Doug Williams was the first black super bowl QB and now 15 years later it's total commonplace and barely worth mentioning anymore. The sterotype about black athletes not being able to play QB really died during the 1990s.
