Philly sports are in full swing (pun intended) as baseball season continues at Citizens Bank Park and our teams come home for Round 2 of the NBA and NHL playoffs.

While this may be great for the avid sports fan, traffic will be nightmarish for anyone driving in or around the South Philly Sports Complex area this week and weekend, and playoff overlaps have already postponed other events at the stadiums.

Need a heads up on when the games are so you can leave earlier — or plan a better route? Here's the deal.

There are multiple overlapping games in Philly's Sports Complex this week, starting Thursday and moving into the weekend.

Here's the breakdown by day:

The Phillies match up against the Athletics on Thursday night at the Bank. The first pitch is set for 6:40 p.m., while the Flyers will play their third game against the Carolina Hurricanes at 8:00 p.m. at the Xfinity Mobile Arena just two minutes away.

The Phillies play the Colorado Rockies at home on Friday night at 6:40 p.m., while the 76ers play their third game against the New York Knicks at the Xfinity Mobile Arena just two minutes away at 7 p.m.

The Phillies play the Colorado Rockies again at home on Sunday afternoon, while the 76ers play the Knicks again at the Xfinity Mobile Arena at 3:30 p.m.

How far is Citizens Bank Park from Xfinity Mobile Arena?

Citizens Bank Park and the Xfinity Mobile Arena are just minutes away from one another in the city's Sports Complex.

What main roads are near Philly's Sports Complex, stadiums?

The sports complex in South Philly is surrounded by a number of main roads, interstates and expressways, including I-76, I-95, the Delaware Expressway and South Broad Street.

Motorists coming to and from games, or just cutting through the area, should keep in mind the weekend's game schedules and factor in extra time in case they get caught in some traffic.
