Will Seattle Seahawks linebacker Derick Hall make the Pro Bowl in 2026?
Hall has yet to earn a Pro Bowl nod in his three-year career in the NFL. The Mississippi native had a career year in 2024 with the Seahawks. Hall recorded eight sacks, two forced fumbles and 20 quarterback hits while playing at inside linebacker that season.
However, Hall went from starting in 14 games in 2024 to only three in 2025 after moving to outside linebacker, the position that he started his career at as a rookie in 2023. Starkly, Hall’s work in getting after the quarterback was better at inside linebacker as opposed to playing strong side linebacker in 2025, though his sacks total was greater in the former season.
An improved body of work from that of his 2024 season will likely be required for Hall to make the Pro Bowl for the first time in 2026. Hall’s contribution to perhaps the best defense in the NFL will give more credence to his case for a Pro Bowl nod, in the event that his individual play is up to par.
Hall will have competition for snaps on the edge next season, with DeMarcus Lawrence, Uchenna Nwosu and Dante Fowler Jr. and all utilized in the Seahawks’ rotation. Nevertheless, Hall has the potential to collect double digit sacks in an even more prominent role on the defense next season, and projects to make the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career.
