Wigan Warriors cruised past Hull FC to claim a second successive win at the start of the 2026 Super League season in a dominant display at the Brick Community Stadium.
The home side raced into a 24-point lead at the break, scoring four unanswered tries, as their bid to regain the Super League title from Hull KR continues to take shape.
Sam Walters, Zach Eckersley, Sam Eseh and Jai Field all crossed to effectively put the game to bed before half-time.
Hull failed to back up their win over new boys Bradford Bulls in a disappointing performance as tries from Bevan French, and a second from Field, after the break added further gloss to Warriors' win before Hull grabbed a late consolation through Harvie Hill.
