The Atlanta Falcons are starting to rock different-looking helmets all over the place.
The latest is the cornerback wearing No. 39, C.J. Henderson.
He joins his teammates Ronnie Harrison and J.D. Bertrand with the different look.

Why is Falcons' 39 C.J. Henderson in a different helmet?
It's not actually a different helmet for Henderson.
That's a Guardian Cap.
It's a soft-shell covering that goes over a standard helmet. It's designed to protect against head injuries.
Guardian Caps were first allowed to be worn on NFL practice fields in 2020.
The first time players could wear Guardian Caps in games was 2024.
Henderson has had multiple reported instances of concussion protocol in his NFL career, so this is his way of trying to prevent future damage.
