Here are our picks for the top three stars from the conference/leagues around our seven-county region for South Jersey baseball.

Moorestown's Brody Kelly was the top vote getter in last week's poll, garnering 31.4 percent of the 1.2K votes recorded. Bishop Eustace's Roman Faiola and Clearview's Tyler Dell rounded out the top three.
Burlington County Scholastic League
Preston Carey, Maple Shade. The senior batted .625 (5-for-8) with six runs scored and five stolen bases for the Wildcats. The hot streak lifted his batting average to .389 with seven hits, five walks and five stolen bases.
Connor Collora, Bordentown. The senior twirled a one-hitter with 12 strikeouts as the Scotties prevailed with a 1-0 win over Pennsauken on April 7. He also hit .333 (3-for-9) with three doubles in three games last week.
Vinny Sacca, Delran. The senior walked off a 9-7 victory over Maple Shade with a grand slam on April 9. Sacca has a four-game hitting streak and has scored five runs over the stretch for the Bears, who have won four straight by a combined eight runs.
Colonial Conference
Richard Faruggia, Haddon Heights. The Garnets exploded for 47 runs during a three-game winning streak last week and Faruggia played a pivotal role in the production. He batted .600 (6-for-10) with seven RBIs.
Anthony Gogolski, Sterling. The senior southpaw twirled a complete-game, six-hitter with seven strikeouts as the Silver Knights polished off Collingswood, 7-1, on April 10. Gogolski, who will play at Rutgers-Camden next season, has fanned 19 batters over 18.2 innings and boasts a 2-1 record with a 1.85 ERA for Sterling (5-1). The team is off to its best start since 2017.
Cole McKenna, West Deptford. The Old Dominion-bound senior had five hits and eight RBIs in a pair of victories last week. He launched a pair of homers and drove in six runs in a win over Collingswood on April 8. McKenna has a team-best 14 RBIs in five games.
Olympic Conference
Cooper Burti, Cherokee. The sophomore clubbed a homer, scored twice and stole two bases as the Chiefs knocked off rival Shawnee, 5-4, on April 10. Burti is hitting .375 with four runs scored in two games this season.
Rich Iuliucci, Eastern. The junior picked up his first two multi-hit games of the season, going 6-for-7 (.857) with four runs scored and two stolen bases. He went 4-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBIs in a win over Cherry Hill East on April 10. The hot streak raised Iuliucci’s season batting average to .529 as the Vikings remained unbeaten at 7-0.
Mason Myers, Paul VI. The junior closed out the week with four hits in five at-bats as the Eagles earned wins over Camden Catholic and Cherry Hill West. He scored three runs in the W over the Irish and smacked a solo homer against the Lions.
Milestone:Eastern’s Rob Christ recorded his 500th career coaching win with a 23-3 decision against Cherry Hill East on Thursday. Christ, who is in his 27th season which includes 21 with Eastern, became the ninth head coach in South Jersey history to join the 500-win club. He’s 500-210 for his career.

Tri-County Conference
Gavin Dillard, Glassboro. The senior joined the 100-hit club last week, collecting the milestone knock in a win over Penns Grove on April 10. He’s 6-for-8 during the Bulldogs’ three-game winning streak. After batting over .400 for two straight seasons, Dillard is hitting .538 (7-for-13) with four walks this so far this spring.
Ethan DuBois, Delsea. The sophomore leadoff hitter went 4-for-6 with a pair of walks as the Crusaders ran their unbeaten streak to six with victories against Williamstown and Timber Creek. DuBois doubled twice and drove in four in the W over Williamstown. DuBois is batting .471 with six runs scored, seven RBIs and four stolen bases.
Luke Pokrovsky, Schalick. The senior struck out 14 over six strong innings as the Cougars knocked off Overbrook, 3-2, on April 10. In two turns, Pokrovsky has rung up 25 Ks in 11 innings and boasts a 0.00 ERA. He also went 3-for-7 with two runs scored as Schalick won twice last week, extending the team’s unbeaten streak to four.
Cape-Atlantic League
Max Adelizzi, Middle Township. The Panthers extended their winning streak to five with a pair of victories over Wildwood Catholic. Adelizzi, who was a Region 8 champion in wrestling, played a key role with six hits in eight at-bats with four RBIs. For the season, the senior batting .409 with nine runs scored.
Doug Schuster, Holy Spirit. The senior leadoff hitter has been an on-base machine with 10 hits, nine walks and five hit-by-pitch. He went 4-for-5 with three runs scored, three RBIs and three walks in two wins last week. His batting average is up to .625 with 13 runs scored and eight stolen bases for the 7-1 Spartans.
Mario Toro, Vineland. The junior launched homers in consecutive games as the Fighting Clan picked up wins over Egg Harbor Township and Oakcrest. Toro picked up the victory over EHT with 4.2 strong innings and went 2-for-2 with a homer and five RBIs against Oakcrest. He’s batting .348 with nine RBIs this season.
