Manchester United face the biggest test of their preseason schedule when they face European champions Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday.

Michael Carrick's Red Devils responded well to their defeat to Wrexham by beating Rosenborg and Atletico Madrid in their next two warm-up friendlies. With most of their stars now back in training, including captain Bruno Fernandes, they are ramping up nicely for the start of 2026/27.

PSG have also stepped up preparations for the start of the campaign, in which they will attempt not only to dominate French soccer but to win the Champions League for the third year running. Luis Enrique's side do not have long until their season gets going: they face Aston Villa in the UEFA Super Cup next Wednesday and then Lens in the Trophee des Champions on August 16.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch the match, kickoff times and the weekly schedule.
