Watch: Barcelona players test returning Marc-André ter Stegen in training

Footage of Marc-André ter Stegen back in action in Barcelona training has on Friday come to the fore online.

Shot-stopper Ter Stegen’s name has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the course of the last week.

This comes after the German international, sidelined since all the way back in September owing to a serious knee injury, took a significant step back towards a return to the pitch.

Ter Stegen has now rejoined group training alongside the rest of Hansi Flick’s squad at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.

Taking as much into consideration, it is now looking increasingly likely that the German will be back available for selection before the season is out.

All of a Barcelona persuasion, in turn, will no doubt be interested to learn of footage of Ter Stegen in action surfacing online.
