The 250th birthday of the United States of America is nearly here, and there's no better time to look back at some South Dakota high school sports highlights.
In South Dakota, that means deciding who is on our Mount Rushmore in different categories. For the next nine weeks, Argus Leader readers will get to make their own Mount Rushmore of athletes.
The four most common submissions will be put on the Argus Leader Mount Rushmore.
All surveys will be open for six days, with this one closing at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, July 7.
Now it's time to vote for your top four South Dakota prep running backs of all time.
