Volunteers Needed
Event Date: Saturday May 17, 2024
Location: Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, Scottsdale, AZ
MUST BE AGES: 18-55
You will need to attend a Pre-Event Volunteer Virtual Meeting
Date: May 12 or 13th
Attendance on this call is strongly suggested. We’ll walk through assignments, event flow, and answer any last-minute questions.
Volunteer Call Time (Day of Event)
Arrival: 1:30PM
Shift: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
You’ll check in, receive your T-shirt, name badge, and final assignment.
Volunteer Roles Include
we don't get to assign the roles that will he done by foundation day of) • Guest check-in & wrist banding
• VIP & player hospitality support
• Field and fan zone support (Kids Zone, activation's, etc.)
• Media tent runner / assisting with interviews
• Donation booth and food drive support
• General fan assistance & directions around venue
• Sponsor area and partner support
• Cleanup and load-out assistance post-game
