Jozy Altidore will start Saturday in the United States' World Cup opener against England, 10 days after spraining his right ankle in training. The big forward missed last Saturday's exhibition win over Australia, and only resumed full training Tuesday. But coach Bob Bradley says the U.S. staff always felt the injury was "minor," and Alitdore has made good progress.
