How does this still have any effect on the markets?

Astonishing.

Agreed.

Flippin' ridiculous. Now that I know Corzine has a hand in it? I am not surprised in the least.

Corzine would burn the world to the ground for a nickel.

Vegas, baby, yeah!
Is it an emergency meeting if they hold one every week?

"Now time for the regularly scheduled Greek Bailout Emergency Meeting to save the EU. Brought to you by, Goldman Sachs. Think Goldman Sachs if you need innovative financial instruments to make risky bets with other people's money or hide your own financial situation. Goldman Sachs, the Zombie Vampire Money Squid."

P&R, maybe?

It sent the stock market down 300 points today, I think it qualifies as a financial topic but honestly it could be either or, I just put it here because the market is going batpoop crazy day to day.

I agree it's a financial issue, but when the forum was made it was agreed that politics should stay out of it...when you start getting into "it's a rigged world" and Corzine, etc., just wondering if it's going political.

It is a rigged world that's something the average person needs to know before they lose all their money in a casino / Wall Street.

This all is occuring in Europe and since none of us vote there I don't see how it's political for us.

Wasn't trying to argue.
