Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) recently announced the upcoming UFC 331 event on Paramount+, locked and loaded for Sat., Sept. 19, 2026 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. Headlining the “City of Angels” fight card will be the flyweight championship rematch pitting Joshua Van (c) against Alexandre Pantoja, a rematch from their UFC 323 title fight that ended in injury.
In the UFC 331 co-main event, Arman Tsarukyan will continue his march back toward a second lightweight title shot when he collides with Brazilian bruiser Mauricio Ruffy. In heavyweight action, Olympic hero Gable Steveson logs his second fight for UFC against the unheralded Sean Sharaf while karate whiz kid Robelis Despaigne gets a another shot at Octagon glory opposite Australian punching bag Tai Tuivasa.

“Winning this fight takes us straight to the title,” Ruffy declared in a new social media post. “I don’t feel pressure at all. I feel privileged, very grateful to God for this. I’m going there for the knockout, I don’t want to leave the Octagon without that result. If it’s not that, so be it, but I’m 100 percent committed to it.”
