UFC 330 Highlights! Johnson Starches McConico With Brutal KO, Accidentally Elbows Referee In The Process

Donte Johnson left nothing to the imagination earlier tonight (Sat., Aug. 15, 2026) at UFC 330 LIVE on Paramount+ from inside Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Penn., putting a violent stop to middleweight fighter Eric McConico with a first-round knockout (punches).

Johnson came into his third Octagon appearance as a very large betting favorite. The undefeated 185-pound prospect won each of his first two UFC fights, but was coming off a split decision nod over Cody Brundage. It wasn’t the most exciting performance so fight fans were a little skeptical about Johnson heading into this weekend. McConico is a very beatable fighter so if Johnson had trouble with him the hype may not be real.

Luckily for Johnson, he was able to overwhelm McConico with strikes the second the fight started. McConico was able to buy some time and circled around the cage, but Johnson wouldn’t be denied. With about 90 seconds off the clock Johnson caught McConico with a nasty left hand. McConico fell to the canvas in a hurry as Johnson moved in for a final insurance shot that would make Dan Henderson proud.
