The New England Patriots have seen multiple players come and go over the past decade or so, including players who were on their Super Bowl-winning teams in 2016 and 2018.
Elandon Roberts, who was a member of the team in 2016 and 2018 and also played with New England from 2016 to 2020, still finds himself in and around the league.
He might not get the same recognition he once did after leaving the Patriots, but he's still an above-average player at 32 and could be of service to teams around the league.
It's not surprising to see that he recently landed a new job, with Adam Schefter reporting that he reached a one-year agreement with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
“Reunion: veteran linebacker Elandon Roberts, who played in Pittsburgh during the 2023-2024 seasons, reached agreement today with the Steelers on a one-year deal, per source,” Schefter wrote on X.
During his time with the Patriots, Roberts often started games, starting 14 in 2017 and 11 in 2018.
He was a rather productive player in New England from 2016 to 2019, finishing with 206 tackles, 15 tackles for a loss, a forced fumble, and 4.0 sacks.
