Good morning.
Evan Grant writes that the Texas Rangers are taking a page from USMNT supporters and believing that they can win.
MLB dot com’s Henry Palattella writes that Cam Cauley was called up yesterday and immediately contributed to Texas’ 6-3 victory over the Cleveland Guardians.
Grant writes that with Wyatt Langford out, the Rangers had a need for a right-handed bat which led them to calling up Cauley.
Grant writes that the Rangers are spinning plates to keep the winning vibes alive as they made it above .500 and atop the AL West despite mounting injuries during an exhausting section of the schedule.
Palattella writes that Brandon Nimmo could be next to hit the shelf which would leave the Rangers scrambling further.
Grant notes that Nimmo has a sprained AC joint in his shoulder which means Josh Smith is probably on standby to rejoin the club.
And, Palattella writes about how Chris Paddack was basically plucked off the streets because the Rangers needed someone to throw some innings yesterday.
Have a nice day!
