Trefelin BGC, Cambrian United and Ammanford have won promotion to the revamped Cymru Premier for 2026-27 for the first time in their histories.
Andy Hill's Trefelin topped the JD Cymru South table to secure their promotion with a 5-0 win at Newport City on the final day of the season.
Cambrian United won 3-1 at Llantwit Major to finish second and seal a place.
Ammanford have also been promoted to the top flight, winning 2-1 at Cwmbran Celtic to see off rivals Caerau Ely, whose hopes ended in a 0-0 draw at Pontypridd.
Either Bala or Flint will join Llanelli in being relegated in Saturday's Cymru Premier games, which kick off at 17:15 BST.
