This so-called gap year season of the Boston Celtics is actually a statement from Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum. Or at least that is the point of view of the folks behind the "WEEI Boston Sports Original" YouTube channel, who put together a clip from their "Jones and Keefe" show that takes a closer look at the unexpected success we have seen from Boston so far this regular season, and what it means to the Celtics organization as a whole.

They also touch on potential first round matchups in the 2026 NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs and how each might pan out considering the opponents in likely range, touch on coach Joe Mazzulla and his views on the Coach of the Year award, where Brown sits in the All-NBA race, and more.

Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say about a found money campaign from the Celtics and more.
